I've been using Teamtown for a couple of years now and figured it's about time for a review, they've earned it.
They run a good ship and have put in place some incredible processes that allow my company to facilitate our design needs easily and promptly. They're kind've like real life AI. You give a brief overview and perhaps some examples of what you want done and the next day or so depending on the size of the project is a finished design for you to utilize.
