Brand development services for your visual identity

Every engagement opens with a Creative Brand Workshop. Before the session, we review your existing brand resources and your brand's current state. The workshop gets us aligned on where the brand is and where you want it to go.

If your identity has gaps, and it usually does, we build a gameplan to close them. If your brand system is solid, we go straight into production. Either way, the work starts from your brand rather than a guess at it.

Brand development doesn't stop at handoff. Your Creative Lead helps set the visual direction, and the same team can continue applying and extending the identity as you ship campaigns, launches and events.

The level of creative involvement scales to what you need from us.

Where brand identity design and brand strategy split

Worth being direct about this, because the category is muddled and most providers are not. We design your brand. Positioning, naming and messaging sit with your team or a strategy partner, and we design against the direction you set.

Branding and design services under one subscription

The identity is the start. The value shows up in the rollout, because a brand that only exists in a guidelines PDF is not doing much marketing. The same team that designs your identity carries it into everything else you ship, so nothing drifts off-brand between vendors.
Where your brand shows up
What we design
Advertising
Static, motion and display ad creative across Meta, LinkedIn, Google and YouTube
Social channels
Feed posts, carousels, stories, covers and channel branding
Email
Newsletters, promotional and lifecycle emails, built inside your email platform's native builder
Presentations
Pitch decks, sales decks, investor materials and internal collateral
Web
Landing pages and full sites, designed to a dev-ready state for your developers to implement
Print, packaging and merch
Print-ready files for everything physical
The same team that designs your identity also handles your advertising design services and social media design services, so a rebrand reaches every channel without a second vendor learning your brand from scratch.

How much do brand identity design services cost?

It depends who makes it. A standalone logo runs from under $100 on a marketplace to roughly $300 to $2,500 from an independent designer or studio. A full identity package commonly runs $1,500 to $8,000 from an independent designer and $15,000 to $50,000 or more from an established agency, with enterprise brand programs passing $100,000. Hourly design rates run $25 to $150.
Project pricing treats the brand as a one-time deliverable. It rarely is. There is the launch after the rebrand, the campaign after the launch, and the sales deck that needed the new identity yesterday.
Teamtown is one monthly fee starting at $3,000, covering brand identity work and every other design format you need that month, with no per-project quote cycle.

You pick a plan, choose the number of hours you need each month, and pay one monthly fee. Unused hours roll over one month. Scale up or down anytime, pause or cancel with 15 days' notice.

Every plan includes your dedicated team, unlimited revisions, Slack and design portal access, and a 15-day money-back guarantee.

Your hours are not ring-fenced to branding. The same team handles your email marketing design services, your pitch decks and your web design subscription work, so a quiet month for identity work becomes a web design month. Your hours are not restricted to branding, so unused branding capacity can go toward other design needs.

What separates the best branding design services

The cheapest option and the best-value option are rarely the same one. What separates them is usually not the first logo concept; it is what happens to the brand after it, and whether anyone still owns consistency six months in.

Cheaper than hiring a brand designer in-house

A senior in-house designer costs over $100,000 a year once you add benefits, management time and recruiting. Then there is the hiring lag before anyone starts, and you still only get one person, who will also be asked to do the ads, the deck and the website.

Teamtown gives you a full team, a Project Manager, a Creative Lead and 3 to 5 designers, for a monthly fee starting at $3,000. Clients report around 60% cost savings against in-house hiring and roughly 50 hours a month back in their own calendars.

How are our brand design services different?

You get a team, not a queue. The same Creative Lead and the same 3 to 5 designers handle every request, so your identity is applied by the people who designed it rather than reinterpreted by whoever picks up the ticket.

Behind them sits a broader design organization with Project Managers and quality assurance processes that keep work moving and maintain consistency as volume grows.

One flat monthly fee, month to month on every plan, pause or cancel with 15 days' notice. And you own everything we make for you, from the logo source files to the templates, with no retained rights and no licensing conditions.

I've been using Teamtown for a couple of years now and figured it's about time for a review, they've earned it.

They're kind've like real life AI. You give a brief overview and some examples of what you want done and the next day or so, depending on the size of the project, is a finished design for you to utilize as you wish. Its neat, and affordable.

What is branding?

A company’s branding is all of the elements that make a brand identifiable and distinguishable from all other brands. Branding is much more than a logo—it is the embodiment of how your brand is experienced through color, design, font, and your story.

What is included in brand identity design services?

At Teamtown: logo design, the visual identity system (color, typography, layout rules and graphic elements), brand guidelines, brand collateral and editable templates, plus the rollout of that identity across your ads, social channels, email, presentations, web design and print.

What is the difference between brand identity and brand strategy?

Strategy is the thinking: positioning, audience and messaging. Identity is how that thinking looks: logo, color, type and the rules that hold them together. Teamtown designs the identity and applies it everywhere. Strategy stays with your team or a strategy partner, and we design against the direction you set.

How do your branding services work?

Teamtown is a Creative as a Service company. You subscribe, choose your monthly hours, and scale up or down as your needs change. Every engagement opens with a Creative Brand Workshop: we review what you already have, get aligned on your brand, then either build a gameplan to close the gaps or go straight into production.

You supply brand guidelines, copy, assets and access where they exist. You get back source files, final files and print-ready files, depending on the request. We do not hold files back.

Can I use Teamtown for just a logo?

Yes. Teamtown can design a standalone logo, but the subscription is built for ongoing design needs. If a logo is genuinely the only asset you need, a project-based branding service may be a better fit. If the logo is the start of a broader identity, rollout and ongoing marketing work, Teamtown is designed for that model.

How much does a brand identity cost?

From an independent designer, a full identity package commonly runs $1,500 to $8,000. Established agencies quote $15,000 to $50,000 or more, and enterprise programs pass $100,000. Teamtown starts at $3,000 a month, with Pro from $4,500 and Studio from $9,900, and the same hours cover everything else you need designed that month, not just the identity.

How long does a brand identity project take?

It depends on the scope and complexity. A logo refresh moves faster than a full identity system with guidelines and a rollout. We will confirm the timeline based on the scope of the project. Revisions are uncapped, with the expected number of rounds estimated upfront so you can plan around them.

Do you write the brand messaging, naming or taglines?

No. Naming, taglines and messaging frameworks are strategy work and sit outside the service. Copy inside designed assets is a Studio plan deliverable; on Essentials and Pro you supply the copy and we design around it. Video captions are written on every plan.

Who owns the brand assets you design?

You do. Full ownership of everything we produce for you, including the logo source files, the identity system and the templates, with no retained rights and no licensing conditions.

Can you refresh our existing brand instead of starting over?

Yes. Refreshes and rebrand rollouts are core identity work. We start from what you have, keep what is working, and carry the updated identity across your assets so nothing ships in the old brand.

What type of customers use our branding services?

Companies with ongoing design needs rather than a one-off project. B2B SaaS marketing teams, fintech, healthtech and developer tools companies, and the marketing agencies that support them. Usually at the point where the brand has outgrown its first identity, or design demand has outgrown one designer. And Teamtown does not stop at branding: the same subscription covers our full graphic design services.

How do I communicate with the design team?

Slack and the design portal, in real time. You can also book standing calls with your Project Manager and Creative Lead, weekly, biweekly or as needed.
